SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Shipping is expected to be despatched within 1-2 working days and delivered within 3-4 working days.

Express Shipping is expected to be despatched within 1 working day and delivered within 1-2 working days.

Tracking information is provided via e-mail directly from our courier and from us.

Any deliveries that are requested to be left with a trusted neighbour or in a safe place can be done so at the consumers own risk.

Orders over £59 qualify for Free Standard Shipping. Shipping on orders under £59 is charged at £7.95. Express Shipping has an additional surcharge of £4.95.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return or exchange an item – our 100% money back guarantee

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

  • Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund or exchange on receipt, excluding any delivery charge.

  • Please note:

  1. Goods will only be accepted if returned within 14 days of receipt.

  2. The item is the customers responsibility until it is returned. We recommend that the parcel is sent using a traceable delivery service.

  3. The costs of returning the item is the customers responsibility.

  4. Delivery charges are only refundable if the goods are faulty whereby a full refund including the delivery charge will be issued.

  5. Your statutory rights are not affected.

DAMAGES

Any damaged goods may be rejected at the point of delivery and returned to sender.

Any damages to goods that have been delivered must be notified to us via e-mail with accompanying photographs of the damage. Items must be retained and prepared for return. A free collection will the be arranged by us.
